These terms cover use of Client2Crew, provided by Zen Universal Holdings.
The service
Client2Crew is a field app for a general contractor and the clients on that contractor’s jobs. By using it you agree to these terms.
Free download
The app download is free. A company pays only if it starts a monthly seat subscription.
Monthly seats
When the products exist, the company pays monthly per seat through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play billing. One to five seats are $149 per seat each month. Six to fifty seats are $129 per seat each month. Fifty-one or more seats are $99 per seat each month. The Plans screen shows the same prices. This build does not start that purchase.
Job deposits
A deposit for a concrete job or other physical work is charged by Stripe. It is not an App Store or Google Play purchase, and it is separate from the seat subscription. This build records a demo deposit only. Nothing is charged.
Crews and clients
The company is responsible for the people it seats and for what it sends to its clients. A client sees the job information the company shares.
Acceptable use
Do not use Client2Crew to break the law, to open someone else’s job without a right to it, or to upload content you do not have a right to share.
This demonstration
https://client2crew.vercel.app is a demonstration. Fox & Ruiz Concrete LLC is sample branding for that demo. It is not a statement about that company’s registry. The demonstration does not charge a subscription or a deposit.
Canceling
When a paid subscription exists, the company cancels it in the App Store or Play subscription settings. Access continues through the period already paid. Deleting the app does not cancel a store subscription. A Stripe deposit that was already captured is not refunded by deleting the app.
