This policy covers Client2Crew, a product of Zen Universal Holdings, and the people who use it.
Who we are
Zen Universal Holdings offers Client2Crew. The store listing name is Client2Crew. client2crew.com is not registered yet. Until that domain is live, the app is served at https://client2crew.vercel.app and you can reach us at support@client2crew.com.
Who it is for
Client2Crew is for general-contractor crews and the clients on their jobs. Crews run the work. Clients see the job information the company shares with them, such as a quote, photos, or a message.
What this demo stores
The public demo is signed in as Fox & Ruiz Concrete LLC. That name is sample branding, not a registry claim. The quote, change orders, deposit status, and punchlist are stored on this device so a refresh does not clear them. They are not sent to a Client2Crew account server. Clearing the browser data or deleting the app removes them. Other desks, including photos you stamp in the demo, reset when the tab closes.
Account
This demo has no account and no password. When accounts are turned on, we will keep the company name, the person’s name, email, and the seat on the company subscription.
Job photos and GPS labels
A job photo can carry the time and a GPS label for that job. In this demo the frames are mock stamps, not pictures from a camera. When the camera is used, those photos are job records for the company and can be shown to the client on that job.
Device location
Crew location is used to show who is closer to an open job and, when that feature is live, to clock in near the job and to send an on-my-way arrival. This demo uses a fixed map. It does not read the phone’s GPS radio.
Camera
The camera is used only when someone chooses to take a jobsite photo. This demo does not open the camera.
Push notifications
Push alerts would tell a crew about a schedule change, a client reply, or a permit date. This demo does not register for push. If you allow alerts later, the device token is used only to deliver those alerts.
How long we keep it
Data that stays only on the device stays until you clear it. When we hold job records on a server, we keep them while the company subscription is active and for a limited time after it ends so the company can export them, unless the law requires longer. A location used for an arrival or a clock-in is kept with that job record, not as a separate location history.
Third parties
Vercel hosts the website and the app opened by the iOS and Android shell. Stripe processes job deposits for physical work. Apple and Google process the monthly per-seat subscription. We do not receive full card numbers from those stores. This demo does not send a charge to Stripe, Apple, or Google.
Children
Client2Crew is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
California and Michigan
California and Michigan residents can email us to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. We do not sell personal information. One email covers both states.
Delete an account
There is no delete button in the app yet. Email support@client2crew.com and ask us to delete the account. Include the company name and the email on the account. We will delete or de-identify the account and the job content we hold, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
